By accessing or using Hangout ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Hangout is a social planning platform that allows users to create, share, and RSVP to events. Features include real-time RSVP tracking, group chat, friend circles, and reliability scoring (“Flake Scores”).

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event information.
• Harass, intimidate, or harm other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service without permission.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You retain ownership of content you create on Hangout. By posting content, you grant Hangout a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of operating the Service.

Flake Scores are a platform feature reflecting RSVP reliability, as reported by event hosts. Hangout does not guarantee the accuracy of these scores and they are not binding in any way.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hangout and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
